After attempting and failing at almost all of my goals over the last week and a half, I have realized that the goals I set in my last post are too rigid and unattainable at this time. I need to ease into these changes and have some successes. I will post goals on here weekly using the S.M.A.R.T. guidelines (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timely). As I accomplish goals I will challenge myself more.
- Water-drink 72 oz of water daily
- Walking-hit 10,000 steps daily
- Fasting-fast 12 hours daily
- Eating-stay at or under calorie goal on MyFitnessPal daily
Check-in next Monday and revise goals accordingly.
